How quickly do you reply?
We aim to answer every message within 24 hours on business days. Corrections that require research may take a little longer, and we will tell you if that is the case.
Can you find me a job?
No. Cloud Light Office is an independent guide, not a recruitment agency. We explain how each type of online job works and where people usually find work, but we do not place candidates with employers and we cannot recommend individual vacancies.
Do you charge job seekers?
Never. Our guides are free and we do not ask for any payment, deposit or registration fee. If you receive an "offer" that asks you to pay for onboarding, training or equipment, it is not from us - and it is one of the most common signs of an online job scam.
Can I suggest a job type to add?
Yes, and we appreciate it. If you have done an online job that is common in your country and that we have not covered, send us a short description and we will consider it for a future guide.
